Pixels Builder Plus’s Refund Policy

The following Terms and Conditions should be read and complied carefully by every visitor, member or user of this website. By using Our themes/templates or other products and services on the website, you agree to all the terms listed below for Refund Policy.

In these Refund Policy, the phrases “WE”, “US”, “OUR” etc refer to AND “You”, “Your” etc refers to You.

Reselling, resold,redistributing ,shared and giving away is not permitted and strictly prohibited.

Our Products
Individual products are non-refundable as they are digital products, we don’t proceed with a refund in any case. If you change your mind to a different product or the product is no longer needed still we don’t process the refund. If you look to purchase the subscription and need a refund for layout or child theme, still we don’t process the refund.

Due to the nature of the goods and services offered on this website i.e. software for sale up to and including themes, plugins and website design services, we reserve the right to not offer a refund as return of goods is impossible. We strongly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

We believe in all our products and stand by their quality and performance. However, We are so confident that you will definitely love and benifit from our products.
We will not provide any type of refund and cancel your order.Please make sure all features you must check before buy.

Refund Will not be given if:

  • You don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it
  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality. We request
  • please check the demo before buy.
  • You simply change your mind
  • You bought an item by mistake
  • You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but do not provide sufficient information as to why you are entitled to a refund
Product Not Working
In case the product is not working, you can simply leave a message to us, telling the name of the product and what is the issue, and we will give you a fix, but for that, there will be no refund.
Product Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, you will be email with instructions on accessing your download. If you do not receive an email within a 24 hour period, please contact support.
* Due to nature of product, we don’t process refunds of subscription.
* No refunds will be granted for product renewal payments as you have had 12 full months to cancel the subscription. No exceptions.
Termination of Agreements and Refund Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Subscription Agreement for any reason, including the ending of Subscription that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered.
By purchasing Products , Subscription or themes from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.
